近年，坊間關(guān)于童嘴村該地塊要拆遷的傳聞不斷，今天終于夢想成真了！目前工作組已全力展開房屋收購工作，因歷史遺留問題，沿街建筑基本都為工業(yè)用地，沒有商業(yè)用地賠償一說，還有少許違建，這些都給房屋收購工作帶來了一定難度，不過我們相信：工作組能夠依法拆遷，陽光拆遷，維護廣大群眾的合法利益！如同橫幅所述一樣！來源：淮安人網(wǎng)APP
